Music

Music is a huge part of my writing. I can't reveal the entire playlist that I listen to while writing A Fading Hope(because spoilers!) but I will, right now, reveal some: the instrumental pieces I listen to. They are NOT in any order. Also: links! So you can listen to the pretty music!
ready?

Kells Destroyed from Secret of Kells
Return to Mother  from Tangled
Ocean from In Time
River Understands Simon from Firefly
Opening: Brendan from Secret of Kells
Death of the Firstborn from Prince of Egypt
The Stone Table from Narnia
Top of the World from Last of the Mohicans
Merlin Lost from Merlin
Alone from A Little Princess
The Trenches  from A Little Princess
The Battle from Transformers
Our Final Hope from Transformers
Into The West (cello instrumental) from Lord of Rings
Courtyard Apocalypse from Harry Potter

Anyway, enjoy. If you have noticed any music you like to listen to while reading, let me know!
I should be updating the story about two weeks after school ends, so mid august, assuming all goes well.
Thanks for all your support.

PS: Most of these, but not all, are part of the code.

  1. Love your music choices. Particularly 'Merlin Lost' and 'Return to Mother'. I have the Tangled soundtrack on my Ipod, but I never started really listening to the score pieces until a week ago, quite literally...and that song just struck me as amazing. I haven't been able to stop listening to it.

I've never been able to listen to music and write at the same time. I can read and listen, but if I write, the song appears too much. Oops. But I love it when authors have their own soundtracks. That shows how much they get into the story, when they can fit something else to the written word!
